Modern life has resulted in many of us not partaking in ceremonies as we used to historically however, like rituals, there is often a primordial need to mark significant moments in our lives.

We have probably all been to a wedding, birth or funeral where we acknowleged the transition of the people involved whether that is coming into the world, joining with another, or leaving the world.

A ceremony can provide a focus for times of significant change in something positive such as a birth or marriage, a new house or new job, to marking a loss or difficult time due to the passing of a loved one or the need to move on from divorce or separation.

Ceremony proivdes us with an opportunity to draw a line under our experiences and move forward with a shift in energy and a deeper connection to ourselves or our loved ones.

Creating ceremonies that are personal and non-denominational provides a backdrop to acknowledge the change you, or a group of you, are experiencing. It provides a marker to rediscover and reconnect with all that is sacred to you. It provides a loving space to honour your experiences, your hopes and dreams, your sadness and your joy.

It is my intention that your ceremony will be personal to you, to be inclusive of your guests and respectful to your attendees. We will work together to create a ceremony that will be individual and contain words and imagery that will provide sweet memories for all involved.
