Thermo-auricular therapy (Ear Candling)
Ear Candling, also known as Hopi Ear Candling, is performed with a special, hollow candle and creates a deep sense of relaxation which can relieve a variety of symptoms such as excessive wax build up, sinusitis, headaches/migraines, and hearing problems due to blocked passages to instil a sense of calm and well-being.

It is performed with you lying on your side and then you turn over so the other ear can be accessed. This is followed by a gentle face massage to encourage the draining of mucous from the sinuses and ears.
